How would you like to double or even triple the amount of people that you can sell to overnight?  Well this can be done if you set up Joint Venture Partnerships.
 
If you are Hairdresser then you have a certain type of customer on your books, there are also many non-competitive businesses local to you who all have the exact same type of customers on their books so there is no reason why you can not set up a Joint Venture Partnership to sell to each others customers.
 
The best way to sell to someone else’s customers is for your Joint Venture Partner to sell your products or services to their customers on your behalf and you would sell your Partners products or service to your customers on their behalf.  Because of the relationship you already have with your customers they will be willing to consider new products or services that you tell them about.
 
You could simply do a swap transaction where you offer your JV’s products to your customers in return for your JV to offer your products and services to their customers.

Alternatively you could each recommend each others products in return for an agreed commission.
 
Either way JV’s make a lot of sense and cost nothing to set up except time.  Imagine having 4 or 5 JV’s set up, your products or services would be in front of a lot of potential customers without spending any money.
 
Again, many business owners do not go out of their way to set up JV’s because they feel it is difficult to set up.  It can take some time initially to put into place but once you have spent the initial time it can really put your business on the map.
