Are you using email regularly to keep in touch with your customers?  If not, you need to get excited as this is my favourite form of marketing for free, it is so easy and it works.  You can email your customers with sales emails or links to pages on the Internet you think they may be interested in.  You can send links to your website, you can ask for referrals, you can thank people for their work and tell them about special offers etc. all for free.
 
It is important that the emails you send out are personalised and only contain text and maybe a few links to web pages, you do not want to send out complicated newsletters with pictures etc, simple emails work best.
 
Also, you do not want your customers to see all the email addresses of the other people you are contacting, so I would send them one at a time or use a mail merge option to send out your emails.
 
If you do not try and sell in every email you send, your customers will not mind receiving emails from you and it helps to keep you in their mind which will help next time they need products and services that you offer.
 
I recommend you email your customers twice a month with useful information relating to your business and special offers etc.
 
From now on you need to get the email address of everyone who comes near your business and put them on your email list, it will help you grow your profits without a doubt.
 
Most business owners do not think that email marketing is worth considering, probably because they feel that if it so easy it can not be any good, it has made a massive difference in my business and it can make a big difference for you.
