Acne can affect people of all ages, often leaving scars, redness and swollen tissue and it’s simple to conceal.
When choosing a concealer and foundation to hide acne, blemishes, even radiation scars, be sure that you avoid ingredients such as mica and lanolin, which are common cosmetic ingredients, and unfortunately can aggravate the skin. When selecting a concealer choose a shade lighter than your skin tone.
After cleansing the face apply an alcohol-free toner using a cotton ball to the face and neck. Alcohol-free toners prepare the skin for makeup without the harsh effects of traditional alcohol, menthol or witch hazel based toners.

Never apply cream or makeup with your fingers directly from the container as this will contaminate your products, especially if your spots are infected.  With a makeup spatula remove a small dab, no bigger than a pea, of oil free primer/cream and apply gently with your fingers to your face.

Use a makeup spatula to remove a tiny dab of concealer and put the concealor into a clean pot.

Using a cotton bud or sterile small flat headed makeup brush dab just enough to cover the offending spot. Pat on gently and blend outward and upward.
Next use an oil free pump action foundation, chose the closet colour to your natural skin tone and apply a small amount evenly over the face.

Non-invasive Radio-Frequency (RF) is ideal for treating a wide variety of skin conditions. The mono-polar device being high intensity with deep penetration and the bipolar giving volumetric heating and a lower penetration depth. This makes it suitable for fine and deep wrinkles, cellulite, jowls, eye-bags, post-pregnancy tummies, bingo wings, non-surgical face lifts and a variety of other areas that may benefit from toning/tightening.  The most effective treatments normally consist of a combination between the two to give the most bespoke, tailored solutions to each individual client. 

The most common procedures tend to be abdominal tightening and toning, removal of stretch marks on the tummy and upper arms plus cellulite on the thighs, buttocks and around the knees. Acne Vulgaris is a common inflammatory condition, which occurs when the sebaceous glands produce too much sebum (oil). Hormones, diet and stress can stimulate the glands to ‘over-produce’ this oil, which can then clog hair follicles and pores and cause an infection.  When these pores/follicles become blocked the environment is ideal for the bacteria associated with acne to thrive.
