Creating a makeup look for a special occasion means that not only does it have to be memorable but it also needs to look picture-perfect.
Celebrity makeup artist Julianne Kaye claims that there are a few tips and tricks on how to create stunning photography and a flawless look.
In an interview with Bella Sugar she said that individual lashes can be a far better option than full-on false sets.
“They give you a really beautiful, natural-looking fullness,” she explained, while adding a little sparkle in the tear duct or the lid will “give eyes more depth”.
If your subject is to appear on cameras Ms Kaye suggests that skin should look matte, rather than shiny.
“Being matte is a huge thing for television,” she said, suggesting that a translucent powder is always a powerful tool for a professional makeup artist.
