Diane Kruger praises professional make-up artists

by admin on June 26, 2010

Actress Diane Kruger, star of Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Basterds, has revealed that although she tries to create the majority of her red carpet looks herself, Professional make-up artists have helped her along the way.

The German star, who shot to fame in 2002 and is now a face of L’Oreal, said she has realised, through the aid of Professional make-up artists, that foundation is the key to creating any look.

“I’ve picked up a lot of tips from make-up artists, how to apply certain things,” she admitted. She explained that she likes to experiment, and will occasionally get it wrong, but prefers to dress and style herself, as looking different is important to her, something which could be because of her modelling background.

“So often in Hollywood all these women have stylists and they all look the same,” she said. She went on to say that beauty can come from within as opposed to simply creating the perfect face, body and care.
