Topshop launches its range of cosmetics today, having collaborated with professional make-up artist Hannah Murray to create the collection.
It features a core range of bronzers, skin tints and glows, and a trend collection – a limited edition range which will come out every three months.
The first trend collection has a festival theme, in keeping with Topshop’s clothing range.
The products are available in stores and online.
Ms Murray told Elle magazine that the idea behind the make-up was to make people feel free. “You can be whatever you feel like being.
Do you want to work some eyeliner or are you feeling a bit coquettish? Make-up can create characters,” professional make-up artist said.
Topshop designer Lizzie Dawson added that the collection is all about “colour, colour, colour”.
British fashion house Burberry also recently announced that it will launch a make-up range this year, using its iconic piece, the trench coat, as inspiration.
